With over 70 years of combined real estate sales experience, Marilyn Stahl and Jack & Joyce Hutterer teamed together as the Hutterer/Stahl Team to begin the 2012 year. They were thrilled to have two very capable agents join their team in a support role. They are Leia Raraigh who serves as their Marketing and Listing Support Specialist and Christine Meyer who serves as their Closing Coordinator.
Working on their own, each half of this dynamic sales team were among the top agents in the Northwood Realty Services family. Together, the possibilities are endless! Some of their accomplishments are as follows:
- In 2010, the combined production of the two would have exceeded 18 million dollars in closed sales.
- Jack Hutterer has served twice as the President of the Butler County Association of Realtors and Joyce Hutterer has served as the President of the Greater Alle-Kiski Association of Realtors.
- Marilyn Stahl has earned virtually every honor possible in the RE/MAX system including membership in their prestigious Hall of Fame.
- Joyce has been a civic leader in the Saxonburg area having served twice as President of the Saxonburg Area Business Association and serving for twelve consecutive years as Chairperson of the Saxonburg Holiday Parade, one of the most beloved events in the area.
- This team has sold more homes in the South Butler County (Knoch) and Freeport School Districts than the next five agents combined over the past two years ending in November of 2011.
- With two children and three grandchildren, Marilyn still finds time to be amongst the top agents in Butler County.
- Jack and Joyce have had a blast raising five children and have just had the joy of being grandparents for the first time.
